Legal Intake Specialist Jobs in Remote at HQ Intake
HQ Intake is seeking a highly motivated Legal Intake Specialist with strong sales experience to join our remote team. In this role, you will handle inbound calls and emailed leads from people seeking help from personal injury law firms. This is a work-from-home position with no cold calling.
This is a fully remote position and we are recruiting nationwide.
We are looking for new rockstars to work our 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM Eastern Time shift, and we are also looking for West Coast candidates to work our 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM Pacific Time shift.
Our Legal Intake Specialists screen potential clients, gather case details, build trust quickly, and help qualified callers connect with the legal representation they need. The right candidate is compassionate, persuasive, organized, and comfortable closing on a single call.

Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from potential personal injury clients
Respond to emailed leads and other correspondence in a timely, professional manner
Document case details accurately in CRM systems
Build rapport with callers through empathy, professionalism, and active listening
Evaluate potential cases using firm-specific intake criteria
Maintain control of calls and overcome objections effectively
Multitask while navigating CRM software, scripts, and case qualification requirements
Help qualified callers move forward with the appropriate law firm
Qualifications
At least 1 year of sales experience required; 3+ years of inside sales experience preferred
Ability to close on a single call
Strong communication and active listening skills
Empathetic, professional, and calm under pressure
Fast learner and highly trainable
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
Comfortable multitasking across calls, email, CRM, and Google Workspace
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour base pay, plus commission with uncapped earning potential
