Flex Suisse is the leading provider of flexible staffing solutions in the Legal & Compliance sector in Switzerland, Germany, and Liechtenstein. For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Junior Legal Counsel for a project assignment based in Zurich.
Healthcare | Junior Legal Counsel | 2+ Months | immediately | Zurich
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support across operational, commercial and compliance-related matters
- Support HR and employment law matters
- Draft, review and implement internal policies and processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks (incl. healthcare insurance and administrative law as well as data protection)
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong generalist legal experience with exposure to data protection, employment law and administrative law
- Experience in compliance, policies drafting and process implementation
- Knowledge of Swiss healthcare insurance law and administrative law (Verwaltungsrecht) is a strong plus
- Fluent in German (mandatory)
- Must be resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
