Remote (for residents of Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Costa Rica, and Argentina)

- You are proficient in U.S. immigration law, Personal injury law, Legal intake, Lead qualification, and Criminal law.

Responsibilities and more:
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for a U.S.-based law firm handling personal injury, criminal defense, and immigration matters.
This is not an entry-level role. The ideal candidate has direct experience handling legal intake for U.S. law firms, understands how to qualify cases, and can confidently manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and control.
You will play a critical role in determining whether potential cases move forward, making your ability to ask the right questions and document information accurately essential.
Training will be provided, but candidates must have experience with legal intake in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound intake calls in English and Spanish.
- Conduct structured, high-quality intake interviews.
- Gather and assess key case details, including liability, injuries, timeline, and legal issue type.
- Determine case viability based on firm criteria.
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate department.
- Enter accurate and detailed notes into CRM or case management systems.
- Schedule consultations and perform timely follow-ups.
- Maintain control of calls while handling emotional or high-pressure situations.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish (professional-level, required).
- Proven experience with U.S. law firm intake.
- Strong understanding of case qualification and intake workflows.
- Excellent phone presence with the ability to lead conversations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to handle sensitive or emotional client interactions.
- Reliable internet connection and professional work environment.
- Personal injury intake experience.
- Familiarity with CRMs such as Clio, Filevine, or Litify.
- Experience in high-call-volume environments.
- Experience working with multi-practice law firms.
