About The Role
We are looking for a Legal Executive with experience in both corporate legal and litigation matters. The candidate will be responsible for contract management, legal compliance, dispute resolution, intellectual property support, and providing legal guidance to business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and other commercial contracts.
- Handle legal notices, litigation matters, and coordinate with external counsels.
- Ensure compliance with corporate, labor, consumer, and commercial laws.
- Support trademark, intellectual property, and regulatory matters.
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions to internal teams.
- Maintain legal documentation, records, and case trackers.
- Assist business teams in mitigating legal and compliance risks.
Mandatory Requirements
- LLB/LLM from a recognized university.
- 2–4 years of experience in both litigation and corporate legal functions.
- Strong experience in contract drafting, contract review, and legal research.
- Exposure to trademark/IP matters and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, E-commerce, Consumer Goods, Beauty, Wellness, or Healthcare sectors.
