A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join its supportive Private Client team in Blaby.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering a high-quality, personalised service rather than working within a high-volume conveyancing environment. The successful candidate will manage a balanced caseload across a variety of residential property matters while working closely with an experienced Private Client team.
🔹 The Role:
• Managing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Conducting title investigations, searches and due diligence
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
• Liaising directly with clients and third parties throughout the transaction process
• Supporting probate-linked property transactions and estate administration matters
• Managing post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and AML requirements
🔹 About You:
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience within residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of England & Wales property law
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Experience with case management systems (LEAP experience advantageous)
• Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
