We currently have 8 projects with around 4500 custom designed, furnished homes as well as commercial and institutional buildings, covering a total saleable area of approximately 14 million square feet under construction at Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.
Role: Legal Executive
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
- Respond to customer legal queries and provide legal support throughout project lifecycles
- Coordinate statutory, regulatory, and third-party approvals
- Provide support in litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel
- Manage legal requirements across multiple residential and plotted developments simultaneously
- Collaborate with Sales, CRM, and Project teams to facilitate smooth project execution
- Identify and escalate complex, high-risk, or contentious legal issues as appropriate
What We're Looking For:
- Strong legal drafting and contract review skills
- Experience in real estate, corporate, or project-related legal matters
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Job Profile
- 1 -4 years of relevant work experience.
- LL.B. / LL.M. degree from a recognized university
