Job Description:
- Keeping and Managing IP portfolio.
- Drafting and Filing of Trademark Application.
- Drafting and filing of replies to objections in furtherance of Trademark Application.
- To keep IP portfolio duly renewed.
- Weekly Scanning of trademark journal.
- filing of Trademark Opposition and subsequent necessary documents thereof to comply with the opposition proceedings.
- To conduct surveillance and take action against IP infringement.
- To coordinate with relevant stakeholders for any IP infringement to protect our interest.
- Preparing and reviewing submissions and related documents in connection with IP proceedings.
