We are seeking a seasoned Legal Director to join a leading professional services organisation, headquartered in Dubai and operating across the MENA region. This role will support the General Counsel and focus primarily on corporate legal matters including M&A, corporate governance, and general advisory work.
The ideal candidate will bring:
A minimum of 12 years’ post-qualification experience
A common law qualification (UK, Australia, South Africa preferred)
A demonstrable track record in corporate law – including M&A, transactions, and governance
A background that ideally blends top-tier private practice training with in-house experience (though we’re open on this mix)
This is a high-visibility role within a dynamic, fast-evolving business. You’ll be working closely with senior leadership across multiple jurisdictions, providing strategic legal guidance that helps shape business decisions.
