Mubarak, Sherif & Oladipo, PLLC is looking for a Legal Team & Office Manager to join our team.

We are seeking a Firm Administrator who will also be a Legal Team & Office Manager who combines professional will with personal humility to cultivate an environment and team culture of sustained success for everyone. YOUR ROLE:

As our Legal Team & Office Manager, you will be responsible for building a high-performance team culture that aligns with our firm’s core values and mission. You will ensure operational efficiency while also maintaining a culture of trust and collaboration, while creating an environment where attorneys, paralegals, and support staff can excel in their roles.

This is a role for a strategic thinker, a steady-handed leader, and a results-driven professional who understands that greatness is a choice—one that is made every day through the right decisions, people, and actions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Firm Leadership & Team Management:

Humble but Resolute Leadership: Lead with quiet strength, humility, and an unwavering focus on results. Prioritize firm success over personal recognition.
Get the Right People in the Right Seats: Hire, train, and develop high-performing team members, ensuring alignment with the firm’s core values.

Create a Culture of Accountability: Build an environment where expectations are clear, people take ownership, and the team is driven by purpose, not fear.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Train staff on firm procedures, core values, and information systems to ensure alignment with our high standards.
Supervise and develop support staff, providing regular coaching and constructive feedback.
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring that only the best talent stays on board.
Conduct timely and meaningful performance evaluations to maintain a culture of excellence.
Handle disciplinary matters with fairness and consistency, ensuring accountability at all levels.

Operational & Strategic Leadership:

Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee scheduling, case deadlines, and firm resources to maintain peak efficiency.
Build a Culture of Disciplined Thought: Ensure that decisions are rooted in data, strategic insight, and firm values rather than reactive thinking.
Facilitate Open & Effective Communication: Create a climate of radical honesty where issues are discussed openly and resolved with clarity.
Prioritize Client-Centered Solutions: Ensure that the firm’s operational structure supports delivering exceptional legal representation and service.

Business & Financial Oversight:

Assist with budget management, financial forecasting, and cost-efficiency strategies, ensuring long-term sustainability and profitability.
Oversee billing, collections, and financial reporting, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
Work with external accountants and vendors to manage audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.

Talent Development & Firm Culture:

Implement training programs, professional development opportunities, and leadership initiatives to build a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Create an environment where employees are engaged, motivated, and deeply committed to the firm’s success.
Uphold MSO’s brand promise, ensuring that every team member reflects the firm’s core values of kindness, competence, advocacy, and unwavering dedication.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· One year experience in office or firm management or administration

· Minimum of Associate’s degree

· Experience managing employees and/or team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in legal team management, law firm operations, or HR leadership.
Strong strategic planning, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams.
Familiarity with legal case management systems, financial oversight, and administrative processes.
Understanding of first-party property law or insurance claims

Compensation:

· $65,000-$85,000 depending on experience

· Paid sick, vacation and holidays
