What you’ll be doing?

You will review and analyze contracts to extract essential data accurately, ensuring all required fields are thoroughly completed.

You will be responsible for meticulously entering and updating contract data in the designated spreadsheet, maintaining high standards of data quality and consistency.

You will categorize contracts based on type, terms, and parties involved, aiding in efficient data organization and retrieval.

You will monitor and verify the accuracy of contract data using ContractSafe AI, making necessary adjustments to ensure correctness.

You will assist in generating reports based on the uploaded contract data, supporting the legal and administrative teams in their tasks.

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.

Previous experience in contract analysis or data entry, preferably in the legal industry is considered a plus.

Experience in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.

Strong understanding of legal terminology and contract structures.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate contract details.

Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
