Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal poli - cies.Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuo

- cies.Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulat
- ions.Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance r
- isks.Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or trai
- ning.Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance con
- trol.Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropr
iate.
Qualific
- ations
Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related - field.Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or Compliance M
- anager.In-depth knowledge of the industry’s standards and regul
- ations.Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record-k
- eeping.A business acumen partnered with a dedication to le
- gality.Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abi
- lities.An analytical mind able to “see” the complexities of procedures and regul
- ations.Excellent communication
- skills.Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar certification is
a plus.
