£120,000 – £135,000 Basic + bonus & benefits.

Your new role would be a challenging permanent opening as Legal Counsel – SVP Based in London (The City)
The role will will engage in negotiations of client contracts focusing primarily Markets, Liquidity, Margin and Collateral.
In order to qualify for this excellent opportunity, you will be between 3-8 years PQE from a well-regarded law school and law firm, or financial institution, Other requirements include:
Legal Degree, previous experience working on negotiating with clients on contract along with regulatory knowledge.
Demonstrable ability to quickly analyse problems and to devise and deliver appropriate solutions;
Knowledge of regulatory guidance on outsourcing and other third party relationships
Knowledge of regulations such as CASS, MIFID, ESG, AIFMD, PSD2
