#WePowerYourTalent

The energy transition happens through people who see their role beyond tasks and understand that what they do has a real impact.

At PPC, we contribute every day to a safer and cleaner energy system, from the networks that connect communities, to renewable energy that transforms the energy mix, or solutions that make electric mobility accessible.

Regardless of the role, our contribution is reflected every day in the communities we serve, in the customers who choose us, and in an energy system that is constantly evolving. We are present across the entire energy value chain and we are looking for motivated people to join us.

If you are curious to understand things in depth, responsible for seeing them through to completion, and open to working in a continuously changing environment, then your place is with us.

What You Will Do

  • Provide high-quality legal advice and consultancy on corporate governance matters, while ensuring comprehensive legal support to internal functions (procurement, HR, finance, etc.).
  • Deliver end-to-end legal support in the negotiation, drafting, and review of procurement contracts, with a strong focus on public procurement agreements and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement strategies, especially in the public procurement area, ensuring full compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Provide legal support across all stages of public procurement procedures, including drafting and reviewing tender documentation, managing clarification requests, and representing the company in disputes before CNSC or competent courts
  • Continuously monitor legislative and regulatory developments and proactively communicate their impact on ongoing activities to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Support operational teams in handling disputes and pre-litigation matters arising from contract execution, including drafting legal correspondence, formal notices, and well-substantiated legal opinions.
  • Actively participate in contract negotiations and meetings with contractual partners, suppliers, project developers, and other stakeholders, providing expert legal guidance and ensuring alignment with the company’s legal and business objectives.

What You Bring

  • Strong and in-depth knowledge of civil law, public procurement legislation and corporate governance.
  • Solid understanding of corporate, employment, and energy sector legislation, including the applicable European regulatory framework.
  • Advanced proficiency in legal English — able to negotiate and draft contracts independently in English.
  • Strong command of legal tech tools and willingness to adopt AI-assisted solutions for legal work.

Who You Are

  • Comfortable navigating both legal detail and business priorities, especially in fast-paced procurement or project environments.
  • Proactive and delivery-focused — you take ownership of your workload and follow through without being prompted.
  • Calm under pressure, with the ability to assess complex or urgent situations quickly and make sound decisions.
  • Known for your integrity, accuracy, and professional discretion in dealings with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Experience Required
