A leading global private equity firm is looking to hire a lawyer to focus on APAC legal matters. You will play a key role in structuring, negotiating and executing corporate transactions and also be expected to ensure compliance with Singapore local regulations and in supporting the legal needs of the business.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Collaborate with external counsel on complex transactional matters and legal issues or disputes where required.
Assist with transaction management and deal execution and asset management issues.
Lawyer with 5 to 10 years PQE with experience in private M&A transactions or corporate commercial contracts inhouse with another PE or fund manager. Real estate experience is an advantage.
