Job Overview

Associate Legal Counselは、POP MART Japanの法務チームの一員として、日本法人の各部門に対し法務・コンプライアンス面でのサポートを提供します。

契約審査、法務相談、各種コンプライアンス対応に加え、日本の小売・EC事業に関する法令（特に特定商取引法）への対応、注文ページ・利用規約等のリーガルチェック、カスタマーサポート部門における法的対応などを担当していただきます。

社内関係部署や外部法律事務所と連携しながら、事業運営を法務面から支えるポジションです。

What You Will Achieve

契約関連

  • 店舗賃貸借契約、工事契約、販売促進契約、業務委託契約、秘密保持契約等の各種契約書の作成、レビュー、修正及び交渉
  • 契約承認フローの管理及び契約書管理

コンプライアンス

  • 日本法令に基づく法務リスクの検討及び社内法務相談
  • 小売・EC事業に関する法令対応
  • 特定商取引法への対応
  • 景品表示法
  • 消費者契約法
  • 個人情報保護法
  • 労働法令
  • その他小売事業に関連する法令への対応

EC・カスタマーサポート対応

  • 特定商取引法に基づく注文ページ、商品ページ、利用規約等のリーガルチェック
  • ECサイトの表示内容に関する法務レビュー
  • カスタマーサポート部門からの法律相談対応
  • 消費者クレーム・紛争案件への法務対応
  • 行政機関からの問い合わせ対応

知的財産

  • 商標・著作権等の知的財産権に関する日常的な法務対応
  • 外部弁護士との連携
  • 税関対応

その他

  • HQ法務チームとの連携
  • 社内向け法務研修
  • 各部署への法務アドバイス

What You Will Need

学歴

  • 法学部卒業以上（修士課程修了者歓迎）

経験

  • 企業法務経験3年以上
  • 小売業、EC事業又は消費財業界での法務経験があれば尚可
