Key Responsibilities:
• Handle accident benefits disputes through to resolution
• Collaborate with legal and adjuster teams for optimized outcomes
• Present cases at the License Appeal Tribunal
• Manage files with a focus on indemnity control
• Mentor and share knowledge with team members
Requirements:
• In good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• At least 5 years in insurance litigation
• Experience with accident benefits claims
• Tribunal experience preferred
• Familiarity with AI and legal software tools
