Key Responsibilities:

Property Regulatory Compliance:

  1. Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations and national laws.
  2. Provide guidance and advice on regulatory changes that may impact the property's operations.
  3. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement compliance measures.

Contract Management:

  1. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts related to property operations, including leases, vendor agreements, and service contracts.
  2. Ensure that contracts comply with legal requirements and align with the organization's policies and objectives.
  3. Maintain an organized system for contract management and documentation.

Legal Issue Resolution:

  1. Address legal concerns raised by various departments within the assigned property.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find practical legal solutions to business challenges.
  3. Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making.

Risk Management:

  1. Identify legal risks associated with property operations and propose risk mitigation strategies.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize legal exposure.
  3. Advise management on potential legal implications of business decisions.

Legal Documentation:

  1. Prepare and review legal documents, correspondence, and reports as needed.
  2. Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of all legal matters.

Collaboration and Communication:

  1. Work closely with internal departments to understand their legal needs and provide timely legal support.
  2. Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary.
  3. Communicate legal advice in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications and Skills:

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law; Juris Doctor (JD).

Admitted to practice law in the Philippines.

Extensive experience in property law, regulatory compliance, and contract management.

Strong knowledge of property-related regulations and legal principles.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Must be willing to work in Binangonan, Rizal
