We are looking for a talented and driven Legal Counsel to join our Health Insurance division and play a key role in providing ongoing legal support and shaping commercial and regulatory processes.
What you’ll do?
- Providing ongoing legal counsel to the Health Insurance division
- Managing negotiations and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements, including cooperation agreements and vendor contracts
- Leading cross-organizational legal processes and collaborating with multiple business units such as claims, marketing, sales, and business development
- Supporting transactions and contributing to the formulation of legal strategies on relevant matters
- Monitoring regulatory developments in the insurance field and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and law firms
What are we looking for?
- Licensed attorney with 5–6 years of experience in commercial law / insurance / in-house legal advisory
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating complex legal agreements
- Previous experience in the insurance field – a significant advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple interfaces in a dynamic environment
