A leading technology organisation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to join its leadership team. This is a strategic role, providing legal guidance and risk management across a wide range of business activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial contracts and agreements to protect the organisation’s interests.
- Provide legal and regulatory advice to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement and oversee compliance and governance frameworks across operations.
- Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to align business and legal objectives.
- Keep abreast of legislative changes and assess their impact on policies and processes.
- Support and mentor junior members of the legal team.
Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably within multinational or technology-focused organisations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law; licensed or eligible to practice in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE and regional laws, with the ability to translate legal concepts into actionable business advice.
- Arabic speaker (spoken and written).
