In this role, you will join our legal team at our Rotterdam headquarters, working directly under the guidance of the Senior Legal Counsel for Europe. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop your role within the team and make an impact from day one. We are looking for a proactive and driven professional to strengthen our legal team.

The position
You will advise and support our procurement and sales departments in Rotterdam and across European business units. Your responsibilities include:
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements and legal documents for European operations.
Advising the business on legal issues and contracting matters.
Providing training and guidance to enhance legal awareness within the organization.
This role allows you to apply your legal expertise to guide strategic decisions, engage with local teams, and provide commercially balanced legal advice across procurement and sales transactions, impacting all Refresco business units.
About you
At least 5 years of experience as a Legal Counsel or in a law firm, with solid knowledge of contract law; corporate law knowledge is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, transparency, and accountability.
Ability to simplify complex legal information for clarity and understanding.
Eager to learn, adaptable to fast-paced environments.
Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Capable of managing multiple demands with focus and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and collaborative spirit.
