A well-established Rhode Island title company is seeking a Pre-Closing Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Ordering titles and reviewing documentation
- Obtaining Tax Information
- Preparing title commitments
- Assisting with preliminary closing disclosures
- Coordinating with clients, lenders, and agents to ensure a smooth pre-closing process
Hours are 830 am to 5pm.
