Our client is a leading Australian financial services organisation seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team, based in Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer looking to broaden their in-house experience across a diverse range of legal, regulatory and governance matters. The role offers significant stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders on strategic initiatives in a highly regulated environment

In this role, the successful candidate will provide broad legal support across the business, helping to ensure the organisation operates in accordance with its legal, regulatory and governance obligations. You will work directly with business stakeholders, managing matters with a high degree of autonomy while escalating material legal, regulatory, governance or risk issues as appropriat

  • youAt least 5+ years' PQE ideally gained within a leading law firm in Austra
