Key Responsibilities
Requesting medical records and bills
Sending correspondence to multiple parties
Keeping all files organized and up to date
Closing out files
Assisting with reception coverage, including answering telephone and directing calls, greeting office visitors, preparing conference rooms for meetings and processing incoming/outgoing mail
Filing and organizing paper and electronic documents
Providing general administrative and clerical support as needed
Other projects as assigned
