Job Requirements

  • Possess strong interpersonal, administrative, and organizational skills.
  • Be detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage a diverse workload.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 1-2 years or more of Business and Corporate Litigation experience is preferred.
  • Strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, negotiation skills, and the capacity to handle significant project responsibilities.
  • Compensation range: $150,000 – $200,000 annually.
