Position: Legal Counsel Role at Huawei

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide effective legal counsel across departments
• Handle negotiations and reviews of various contracts
• Advise on compliance and employment law issues
• Assist in litigation and dispute resolution processes
• Track legislative changes and coordinate with external lawyers
Requirements:
• LL.B or J.D. required from a recognized institution
• Good standing with the Ontario bar
• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
