About the Role
We are hiring on behalf of a Hong Kong-based advisory firm for a Legal Counsel (Trust) position.
This role focuses on providing legal advisory support across trust structures, wealth management, and corporate legal matters, while also supporting business development and client engagement activities.

Our client is a professional advisory organization specializing in trust services, wealth management, and corporate advisory solutions for high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
The firm operates in a fast-paced, client-driven environment with a strong focus on trust structuring, succession planning, and cross-border legal advisory support.
Key Responsibilities
Trust-Related Legal Advisory
• Provide legal opinions and advice on trust structures and related matters
• Draft, review, and manage trust-related legal documents when required
Corporate Legal Support
• Provide legal opinions related to internal company operations
• Draft or review collaboration agreements and internal legal documents
• Liaise with external legal counsel and manage legal partners for client and internal matters
Business & Client Support
• Support Business Development teams in client meetings by providing preliminary legal insights on trust, wealth management, and succession matters
• Participate in client and marketing events when required
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
• Support additional legal or business management assignments as required
Requirements
• Proven experience in trust law, corporate law, wealth management, or family succession
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving industry
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
