JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join our legal team and provide strategic legal guidance on corporate matters, governance, compliance, commercial contracts, and business transactions.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in corporate housekeeping and contract review, has handled people or managed a team, and is comfortable working closely with senior management and different business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Juris Doctor or equivalent.
- Member of the Philippine Bar.
- At least 5 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in:
Corporate housekeeping
Contract drafting, review, and negotiation
Corporate governance and compliance
M&A or other corporate transactions
- Experience in people management or handling a legal team is Advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with senior management and various business functions.
- Strong understanding of Philippine corporate laws and regulations.
