We're Hiring: Legal Counsel (Commercial & Corporate)
Are you an experienced in-house legal professional looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, global environment? We're seeking a Legal Counsel with strong commercial contracting experience to join a fast-growing international organization supporting teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of legal matters while partnering closely with business leaders to enable growth, manage risk, and drive strategic initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, supplier agreements, and client contracts
- Provide practical legal guidance on commercial issues, contract interpretation, and dispute resolution
- Support corporate projects, including mergers and acquisitions and other strategic initiatives
- Develop, review, and maintain internal legal policies and governance documentation
- Assist with intellectual property, data protection, compliance, and insurance matters
- Help manage legal budgets, outside counsel, and invoice tracking
- Identify opportunities to improve legal processes, templates, and best practices
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with legal colleagues across multiple global regions
What We're Looking For
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent)
- 6+ years of experience as an in-house Legal Counsel
- Experience supporting businesses within the marketing, advertising, promotional products, retail, print, warehousing, supply chain or related industries with tangible products
- Strong background in commercial contract drafting and negotiation
- Ability to provide clear, practical, business-focused legal advice
- Corporate or M&A experience is a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong documentation practices
- Fluent in English
