Our Client is a mid – sized, growing law firm based in Dublin City Centre. Due to expansion, they require a senior associate in the area of commercial litigation. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 6 years PQE. Candidates can call Cormac Spencer on 01 845 4651 to discuss this opportunity.
Salary: to €120k
Benefits: Pension, Bonus, Annual Reviews, Healthcare Contribution, WFH (1 day), and more
Total Package: Up to 150k
Duties:
- Managing litigation caseload in all courts to include drafting pleadings, liaising with counsel (where applicable) and management of case files to conclusion.
- Working on a varied caseload to include, cross border and shareholder disputes, white collar crime, aviation insurance cases amongst others
- Advising clients on relevant case law and legislation. This is a client facing role.
- Advising clients on ADR options, and participating in mediations and arbitrations.
- Advising clients on how to resolve disputes effectively.
- Networking and Business Development duties.
The Candidate:
- 6+ years PQE in Commercial Litigation
- A track record of working on large scale cases
- Open to business / client development opportunities
- Experience in a mid sized firm would be a plus
