Salary & Benefits
- Gross salary: VND 35–45 million/month

Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide legal support for day-to-day business operations, corporate matters, and strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Support company restructuring projects, including:
- Company establishment and licensing.
- Company closure/liquidation.
- Mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
- Amendments to corporate licenses and investment certificates.
- Liaise with external law firms and government authorities when required.
Requirements
- Law firms with strong experience in Corporate, M&A, company incorporation/licensing, restructuring, and regulatory matters;
- Experience handling company shutdowns, company establishment, corporate restructuring, or M&A transactions is highly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in manufacturing, industrial, or factory operations.
- Comfortable commuting to Long An via the company shuttle bus.
