We are currently looking for a 'Legal Counsel' role for our global partner in FMCG field
The Legal Counsel serves as a key strategic business partner, providing critical legal guidance to support material business and commercial decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating legal risks across employment, marketing, sales, and regulatory frameworks. This position requires a proactive professional to manage litigation, lead high-stakes contract negotiations, and align with Corporate Affairs to influence and navigate regulatory initiatives. Additionally, you will develop and optimize a high-performing network of outside counsel to support the company’s broader strategic objective
Profile & Key Competenc
We are seeking a qualified legal professional who demonstrates the following capabilities
- Brings a minimum of 8 years of professional experience, with a solid and proven track record within the FMCG sector
- Possesses extensive knowledge and practical experience within the legal domain, demonstrating the professional capacity to deliver sound legal counsel in a fast-paced business environment.
- Capable of efficiently executing core assignments initially, with a clear trajectory toward assuming full accountability for complex processes and business objectives.
- Continues to build a deep understanding of the company’s operations, internal processes, and client ecosystem by leading critical steps within broader corporate projects.
- Adapt at utilizing established solutions for day-to-day challenges, while maintaining the analytical capability to approach complex problems from a fresh perspective.
- Operates effectively with a moderate level of guidance, seamlessly balancing collaborative alignment with the independence required to drive individual workflows.
