The internship takes place within the friendly Risk, Compliance & Cybersecurity Department. The privacy intern will report directly to the Group DPO to support the implementation of the 2026 roadmap.

Based in Paris, the intern will nevertheless be required to work with Asendia’s UK and Continental European subsidiaries (Germany, Spain, Italy, Benelux, Nordics).

TASKS:

In the context of our project to update our Record of Processing Activities (RoPA), Asendia is looking for an intern to help map, assess, and record personal data processing activities.

In this role, the intern will interact directly with our subsidiaries in the UK and Continental Europe. Tasks will focus on Privacy by Design and, where applicable, drafting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA).

In this context, the intern may be asked to review contracts with suppliers, draft Transfer Impact Assessments (TIA), etc.

As needed, the intern will be fully involved in the day-to-day activities of the privacy team, including helping to respond to data subjects’ rights requests or being involved in crisis situations in the event of a security incident involving personal data.

On a more ad hoc basis, the intern may be asked to contribute to cross-functional projects within the Risk, Compliance & Cybersecurity team, such as Third-Party Risk Management.

PROFILE:

  • You are pursuing a graduate degree in digital law, data protection law, or new technologies law (Bac +5).
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Much of our communication with our international teams takes place in English.
  • You have a passion for new technologies.
  • You pay close attention to detail and the quality of your work.
  • You are known for your ability to adapt within a team.
