What The Role Is
Legal Counsel
What You Will Be Working On
For Litigation and Enforcement related work:
- advise on legislations within HDB’s purview;
- advise on enforcement, litigation and prosecution cases relating to residential and commercial properties;
- review terms and conditions of agreements and other legal documents relating to tenancies for residential and commercial properties;
- advise on, vet and draft tenancy agreements and other related contractual documents; and
- attend to court applications/hearings.
The Legal Counsel will also be required to work with multi-disciplinary teams in a wide range of interesting and challenging projects, must possess good interpersonal skills and able to lead and manage a team.
What We Are Looking For
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law
- Admission as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore
- Relevant experience of at least 5 years preferred
