Take ownership of contract management, including coordination, review, execution, and archiving.
Draft and review standard agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and internal legal documents — and support the development of templates where needed.
Act as the primary point of contact with external legal counsel to support legal reviews, opinions, and other documentation.
Maintain a clear and organized legal filing system, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
Track key contractual obligations, renewal dates, and deadlines to ensure ongoing compliance.
Support corporate and regulatory filings, including company formation documents, license renewals, and board resolutions.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on legal processes and contract handling.
Monitor relevant laws and regulations, particularly those affecting real estate and development, and flag any changes that may impact the business.
Support compliance efforts by ensuring that contracts and legal practices align with applicable laws, industry standards, and internal policies.
Develop a strong understanding of the business to gradually take on in-house legal advisory responsibilities across contracts, compliance, and risk
