As Legal Counsel, you will:
- Provide legal advice on commercial, contractual, and operational matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
- Assess legal and business risks and recommend practical solutions
- Support commercial negotiations and business decision-making
- Advise stakeholders clearly on legal implications and compliance requirements
- Contribute to improving legal processes and compliance initiatives
We expect you to have:
- Law degree and relevant professional experience (more than 3 years)
- Ability to independently manage standard legal matters with limited supervision
- Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
Salary:
- Salary starts from 3300 to 4500 gross/per month
- The final offer will depend on the level of competencies and experience
