Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein. For our latest mandate, we are seeking an exceptional talent in the following field:
Key Responsibilities:
Review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including sales and procurement agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance
Offer clear, practical legal advice to senior business leaders and the legal department on various legal issues, helping guide strategic decisions
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and business teams across Europe, providing legal guidance to support business operations and decision-making
Implement and maintain compliance with privacy regulations, including GDPR, to safeguard the organization’s data practices
Stay current on legal developments and provide proactive advice to internal teams
Experience & Qualifications:
Resident in Switzerland
Licensed lawyer (preferably French-qualified) with a minimum of 3 years’ in-house legal experience, ideally within the consumer goods or retail sectors
Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
In-depth knowledge of contract law, corporate and commercial law
