We are looking for a commercial lawyer for a fixed 12 month period preferably with experience in ICT and in financial services.
This position will be within our dynamic and collaborative Corporate team in London which provides legal support on a broad range of both client facing and internal projects, particularly in relation to new and developing technology, general commercial contracting and M&A activity.
It will involve working alongside other legal teams in London, as well as in Paris and the wider legal team based in financial centres across the globe.
The role requires someone who is motivated, curious, keen to broaden horizons, has strong fundamentals in contract law and commercial risk assessment suitable for the financial services industry. Candidates should also have the ability to work within a small team in a demanding but mutually supportive environment.
