We’re partnering with a top-tier global investment manager on a rare opportunity for a senior Legal Counsel to join its Wealth Management business.
This is not a narrow legal role. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of commercial, corporate, investment and regulatory matters, working closely with senior stakeholders across a global platform.
What you’ll be doing:
Advising the Wealth Management business on a broad range of legal and commercial matters
Drafting and negotiating client agreements, product documentation and commercial contracts
Supporting strategic projects, corporate transactions and wider business initiatives
Advising on regulatory and cross-border matters
Working closely with senior stakeholders and global teams
Taking real ownership and becoming a trusted legal partner to the business
