Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Consultant based in West Jakarta. The Legal Consultant will be responsible for providing legal advice, preparing and reviewing legal documents, handling legal issues, and delivering comprehensive legal support to clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and collaborating with internal teams and clients to support various business needs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in law and handling various legal matters
- Proficiency in legal document preparation and contract drafting
- Ability to provide accurate legal advice and legal assistance to clients
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in legal software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; professional legal certification is an advantage
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in West Jakarta
