Job Description:
Execute specific assignments to meet ’s objectives
Develop confidentiality and master service agreements, vendor agreements, agent agreements, and others.
Draft, review and provide comments on any legal contracts / documents, including internal policies, guidelines, and operating procedures.
Draft, review and provide comments on any new and reinvented financial products
Provide consultation to all BUs to ensure policies and processes align with law and regulations
Review and improve the operating procedures of the overall Legal Consultant to ensure quality and efficiency
Legal Service for registration relating to Department of Business Development and Department of Intellectual Property.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Law.
Experience in banking and finance, or securities area is preferred
Good in both written and spoken in English
Good communication and presentation skills, including ability to interface with executive management
