Role Overview
We are seeking highly skilled bilingual Legal Consultants (Arabic & English) to join our team in Abu Dhabi across multiple legal specializations.
The ideal candidates must possess strong English proficiency, enabling them to draft contracts, provide legal advice, and handle complex legal matters effectively.
Additional languages are considered a strong advantage (e.g., Russian, French, Chinese, German, Spanish, or other international languages).

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice and assistance to clients in the assigned legal domain
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documentation
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legal developments
- Represent clients in legal matters and liaise with relevant authorities
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to provide strategic legal solutions
Qualifications & Requirements
Language Skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Additional languages are a strong advantage
Legal Expertise
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal practices within the relevant specialization
Experience
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal consulting firm
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
- Postgraduate legal qualifications are a plus
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
Location
- Must be available to work on-site in Abu Dhabi
