Job Description :
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including permits and licenses, in daily operations.
- Conduct legal research to support business activities as required.
- Maintain and manage legal documentation and agreements.
- Handle other general corporate legal matters as needed.
