Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee the establishment of the full-platform compliance system for the exchange, manage legal and compliance affairs for spot, derivatives and TradFi business sectors, and handle regional license application and regulatory policy liaison.
2. Implement and optimize AML/KYC mechanisms, review user agreements, business risk control rules and cross-border legal documents, and fully mitigate legal and compliance risks of global businesses.
3. Monitor overseas regulatory updates, formulate targeted compliance solutions, and lead internal compliance training and regular risk inspection work.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 8 years of working experience with complete working experience in crypto exchanges.
2. Practitioner background in well-known law firms, proficient in TradFi compliance rules and cross-border regulatory policies across multiple regions.
3. Hands-on experience in exchange license application, cross-border dispute handling and derivatives business risk control; capable of cross-regional team coordination, fluent in both English and Mandarin with excellent multilingual communication skills.
