Legal Case Manager – Immigration Law Firm
Full-Time | In-Office | Prospect, Kentucky| $42,000-50,000
Powell Law Office PLLC is seeking a full-time Case Manager to help manage our growing business immigration practice.
Our clients include engineers, scientists, physicians, entrepreneurs, and other professionals navigating the U.S. immigration system. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable working with clients, and takes ownership of making sure cases keep moving.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients, including engagement agreements, billing, client portals, and case setup
- Manage client communications and follow up regarding documents, payments, signatures, and other outstanding items
- Organize and maintain case files and client information
- Track deadlines, appointments, case milestones, and next steps
- Monitor active cases to make sure they are progressing and identify matters that need attention
- Track client accounts and follow up regarding outstanding payments
- Coordinate with the attorney and paralegal to keep cases moving toward completion
- Help improve the firm’s case-management systems, workflows, and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Professional and confident when communicating with clients
- Self-directed and comfortable taking ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Comfortable learning and using technology, case-management software, and AI-assisted tools
- Legal experience preferred, particularly immigration experience, but not required
- Second language in addition to English preferred, but not required

Pay: $42,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
