Criminal Record Sealing Advocate
Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada is recruiting for a full-time, permanent Criminal Record Sealing Advocate. The position will screen low income clients for eligibility for legal aid, provide legal information to clients under the supervision of an attorney, prepare legal documents and related research. Paralegal or legal experience preferred. Excellent communication and public interaction skills are necessary. Bilingual with English/Spanish preferred, but not required.

Starting salary range is $39,000.00 to $52,000.00 depending on experience with annual increases available. Our excellent benefits effective on date of hire include 100% employer paid health insurance for an employee, spouse/legal domestic partner, and dependents up to 26 years old, a generous paid time off policy and flex work options after training is complete. A 403b match dollar for dollar up to 5% of an employee’s salary after 12 months of employment and 12 weeks paid parental leave after one year of employment.
