LEGAL CASE MANAGER
Plaintiff-Side Personal Injury Experience Required

IMPORTANT: Applications submitted through Indeed will not be reviewed. To be considered, please follow the email application instructions at the end of this posting.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Christensen Law is seeking a compassionate, organized, and accountable Legal Case Manager to support a busy, high-volume presuit personal injury team.

This is a hands-on, client-facing position for someone with one to three years of experience working in a plaintiff-side personal injury law firm. You will be responsible for onboarding clients, maintaining consistent client communication, tracking medical treatment, obtaining records and documentation, addressing liens, and moving cases toward presuit demand preparation.

Our clients are often injured, overwhelmed, and unfamiliar with the legal process. The right person will combine genuine compassion with urgency, accuracy, follow-through, and a strong sense of ownership.

This is a performance-driven role with clear, measurable expectations.

KEY PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

The Legal Case Manager is expected to:

  • Contact every newly assigned client within 24 hours of case assignment
  • Schedule the client’s initial attorney meeting within 24 hours of case assignment
  • Personally speak with every assigned client by phone at least once every 30 days
  • Document all client communications, case activity, deadlines, and follow-up accurately in Filevine
  • Complete assigned presuit tasks accurately and within established deadlines
  • Learn and consistently use the firm’s approved AI and case-management tools to assist with case development and presuit demand preparation
  • Meet all additional measurable KPIs established for the position

Texts, emails, and unsuccessful call attempts do not replace the required monthly live client conversation.
