- Provide full range of legal support, advice and solution to various business teams and departments as a business partner;
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts and various legal documents; monitor; maintain and improve relevant legal processes;
- Implement IP and brand protection strategies; monitor and identify IP infringement including anti-counterfeiting both online and offline;
- Support on dispute resolution: Initiate, defend and settle claims and litigations/arbitrations; monitor the procedures and progress of court/arbitration proceedings with the support of external lawyer;
- Support on compliance: monitor and improve corporate compliance management system;
- Promptly track and interpret changes in laws and regulations, providing relevant legal updates and trainings;
- Support on routine corporate governance and other affairs assigned by Department Head. Qualification:
- Legal background, law degree (bachelor or above) from reputable university is required; PRC bar qualification;
- Knowledge of MNC compliance system and relevant Chinese laws and regulations;
- Ability to set priorities and work independently;
- 3-5 years experiences as legal professional with MNC and/or law firm;
- Business acumen with strong analytical and problem solving techniques;
- Fluent English in speaking and writing;
- Proficient in Microsoft Offices applications (i.e.: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps etc.) and AI
- Good communication skills and personality;
- High integrity;
- Self-motivated and -disciplined; good teamwork; can-do attitude.
