The Role

What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and refine key legal documents for US IPOs and post-listing compliance filings.
- Conduct deep-dive research on regulatory frameworks, legal precedents, and target companies to support deal execution.
- Coordinate due diligence processes and manage detailed verification workstreams.
- Communicate effectively with auditors, issuers, global legal counsel, and key client stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience, preferably within investment banking, legal services, or corporate finance.
- Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in written and spoken English, paired with fluent Mandarin skills.
- Execution & Ownership: Strong project management abilities with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and tracking deal timelines across global time zones.
- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills to build trust with high-level clients and cross- functional teams.
