Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily legal affairs in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Legal, and actively collaborating with Headquarter legal colleagues on certain tasks.
Provide legal compliance support for various business scenarios in Singapore, such as drafting, reviewing, executing, and archiving contracts, as well as researching and collecting relevant laws and regulations, consulting, and negotiation.
Engage in business empowerment activities, including developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to business operations and conducting legal training (e.g., contract signing and negotiation, theft cases, and consumer complaint handling).
Handle legal compliance tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Law with at least 2-3 years of relevant legal work experience, preferably with in-house experience.
Requires to work closely with China counterparts, knowledge of Mandarin is essential.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Ability to identify risks and provide legal advice and solutions based on business needs
