We are seeking a Corporate Legal Associate with 3+ years of experience to support key business functions. The role involves drafting foundational documents such as Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, negotiating SaaS and vendor agreements, and assisting with legal structuring for capital raises and equity financing. You will draft contracts for commercial real estate transactions, identify legal risks, and ensure regulatory compliance, including RBI LRS and ODI regulations. Additionally, you will manage employment agreements and HR policies. Candidates must hold an active state bar membership and demonstrate strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities at this Role
